25 Steps to Make Money on Facebook
Do you want to make money on facebook? If yes, then you are in the right place.
This article is an introduction to my series “25 Steps to Make Money on Facebook”. I have spent the last week writing some of my thoughts down and trying to find out the best way to describe it. Since that it will be so long, boring and complicated if I put it all in one article, then I decided to break it down into several posts, I will call them steps.
Although, that I have all my thoughts and tactics ready in my mind, I only finished the writing of the first three posts… and they are ready in my draft folder.
Nobody can start a new business today and assumes that she/he will make money immediately; the same thing is my tactic to make money on facebook, you have to follow my steps and to consider that some of these steps need time to settle down before you go to the next step. It toke me almost three months before I could make any profit. Therefore, I won’t post all these steps as soon as I finish the writing task. I want to give my readers who would follow these steps and apply it on their facebook account enough time to finish the step that they working on before I give them the next step.
Some people were thinking that I am going to release some very important secrets or a magic way to make money on facebook!! Please be realistic.
My steps to make money on facebook are very simple and everybody can implement it to monetize their facebook account, is almost the same thing as monetizing your blog or your website, with a small difference that you don’t have to worry about the number of visitors because by follow these steps you will get thousands of them very easily.
If I want to describe what these steps are about very briefly, I would say:
Step #1 – Step #11: preparing the raw material for your traffic. As hard as you work on these steps as much as you will get traffic to your “money machines” in the future.
Step #12 – Step #14: preparing your “money machines”, we will talk about it later.
Step #15 – Step #18: preparing your shops and protecting yourself from getting banned by facebook.
Step #19 – Step #22: turn-on all your “money machines” and start making some money.
Step #23 – Step #25: maintain your success and increase your traffic.
And here are the titles of the 25 steps to make money on facebook:
Step #1: Get an account.
Step #2: Setup your privacy.
Step #3: Be Social.
Step #4: Attract people.
Step #5: Some applications can make you popular.
Step #6: Select your groups.
Step #7: Be active.
Step #8: Your status.
Step #9: Your comments.
Step #10: Change your privacy settings.
Step #11: MSN and Yahoo.
Step #12: Prepare your 1st money machine.
Step #13: Prepare your 2nd money machine.
Step #14: Prepare your 3rd money machine.
Step #15: Your Groups.
Step #16: Attract people to your groups.
Step #17: Your Backup.
Step #18: Just Wait for a while.
Step #19: Put your links.
Step #20: Send your message out.
Step #21: Put your videos.
Step #22: Bring some traffic.
Step #23: More groups and more backup.
Step #24: Things to keep in your mind.
Step #25: Enjoy your success.

ok, you’ve got me all primed and ready.. since i’m already making a substantial amount from Myspace every month i’m looking for what I can do on Facebook ..since everyone is leaving Myspace for Facebook, i need to follow the crowd!

I sent them another e-mail asking them what was the reason for the disabling, and I have just received their reply this morning.. they said that according to their regulations they can’t tell me why they had disabled my account. So the answer for your question is yes, my account is still operational.

I’m not exactly sure about making money using Facebook. That’s not really my specialty, but I remember back in the day when using Myspace to get traffic was a really good way to jump start a website.

Ok , so I did steps 1-3 . #4 is a tough one. Although I looked though the other 21 steps , and no where did I see “collect underpants”, or “world domination”.
What an incredible site this is! It is wonderful to read about your steps in doing all this. I made a very large amount of money with myspace but got out of it because it was getting to difficult with myspace but facebook looks wonderful! Cant wait to find out allll the steps

Interesting, I have never looking into myspace advertising, as I really think it’s a pretty awful site, but facebook is much nicer and makes more sense to use.
They actually ban you though if you do not use your real contact information (well, if they find you :P), I think John Cow just got banned lol. So be careful!

Facebook has always intrigued me - I’m getting my first application done for it, and if all goes well - loadsa backlinks, hopefully
I digress. I don’t think you can make considerable money from FaceBook, unless you develop an application and it goes viral. A few cents, maybe but nothing big…
You can make money on facebook, you just have to know what you are doing and which ways are the easiest.

@Kid Blogger, yes facebook can bring you more traffic but not to any website
facebook users won’t go to any external site where they have to pay money or to buy something… when they are in facebook they are not in the mode to buy or to read articles…. therefore you need some special kind of sites to attract them.

I really like the way you broke it all down and that you are not blowing a lot of hot air. I think you have to spend the time to get results. So many people I know want to put very little time into their web site, blog, face book or what ever they are doing on the web. I would have never thought to monetize a facebook profile. I know myspace will delete any monetized accounts.

Facebook is a marketing maven’s dream isn’t it? I hope your money machines are not obtrusive. That’s one of the reasons why I don’t like facebook these days- too much information. I don’t really want to know when my friend’s friend has signed up for whatever application.

Great blog, making money on facebook is a lot more appealing than using something like myspace which is full of spam and bots. Facebook also seems to care about their users a lot, I still haven’t heard of any instances of facebook accounts canceled or banned for no good reason.
