If you think that facebook is a social network website that allows people to communicate with their friends and exchange information, photos, videos, etc… ONLY, then you are wrong.

Yes, I am serious you are wrong. Do you know why? Because facebook is:

• More than 54 million active users.

• More than 250,000 new registrations per day.

• More than 266 million visits per month.

• More than 65 billion (billion not million) page views per month (per month not per year).

• More than 43 page/visit (find me any other website where people previewing 43 pages in a single visit… I bet that you can’t find it).

• More than 50% of the facebook active users return daily.

• Sixth-most visited website in the United States.

• People spend an average of 20 minutes on the site daily (find me any other website people spend 20 minutes on it… I bet that you can’t find it).

• More than 6 million active user groups.

• No. 1 photo sharing application on the Web with more than 14 million photos uploaded daily (a lot more than flicker).

• More than 7,000 applications have been built on Facebook Platform. And more than 100 new applications added per day.

• An average of 3% weekly growth since Jan. 2007 (did you notice the word “WEEKLY”).

Do you think this is all?…. you are wrong again, still there is more to tell about facebook.

• Facebook is the only website that allows me to have 5,000 friends on the site (Digg: 1,000 – StumbleUpon: 200). 5,000 individuals will get notified when I update my profile photo, or when I post a comment anywhere on the site.

• Facebook is the only website that allows me to create a lot of groups with millions of members in these groups and I can be a member in a lot of groups too.

• With fcebook applications I need only two clicks to send a message to all my 5,000 friends. Do you know what is better than this… the message will be viewable to all my friends’ friends. If each of my friends has only 25 friends, it means that my message (Text, Photo, video) will get 125,000 impressions. How much you pay for 1,000 impressions?? On facebook I pay nothing (it’s free).

So… for me facebook is not only a cool social network website to enjoy my time and communicate with my real and cyber friends (it used to be like that for me), but now for me Facebook is: A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE.

Facebook sends me thousands of visitors to my websites every day. And the best thing is that they are a high quality visitors, I can easily convert them to customers. The trick is to understand them and to send them to a website they will definitely like it, and the most important thing is not to spam them, I hate spam and all my lovely friends on facebook hate it too. All what you need is to understand your friends and to be a good friend of them. It might sounds strange for you right now, but when you read my next posts it will be clear for you what I am talking about and how you can make money on facebook WITHOUT having a facebook application and WITHOUT using any spamming techniques and WITHOUT clicking Ads (which is popular in some facebook networks).
